Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and shipping with 99.9% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, Scanners) as required and certified.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all outbound shipments meet client specifications.
- Collaborate with the team lead to meet daily and weekly productivity and volume targets.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting procedures as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee facility.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
