Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Shipment: Safely load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual equipment.
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select, pack, and verify merchandise against customer orders with strict attention to detail.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and organizing stock to ensure easy access.
- Warehouse Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and keep the workspace clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Equipment Operation: Operate scanning devices and warehouse machinery following all operational guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; full training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen; valid ID required.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills to follow safety protocols and instructions.
