Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Control: Receive, inspect, sort, and stage incoming stock with a focus on accuracy.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks to meet daily throughput targets and ensure timely dispatch.
- Stock Organization: Maintain organized storage areas and ensure products are properly shelved and labeled.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for Saturday and Sunday shifts on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID and be authorized to work in the USA.
- Education: High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required.
