Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory using RF scanning equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort, pack, and label products accurately to ensure timely shipment.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Operate warehouse machinery and perform routine equipment maintenance checks.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for delivery duties).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
