Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently locate, pick, and pack customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends only (Saturday & Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on concrete floors.
- Reliability: A strong work history with a focus on attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Documentation: Must be able to provide valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
