Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors before processing.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to maintain workflow flow.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners or tablets.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville facility.
