Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize workflow.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and attendance during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work a full-time weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday or Friday-Monday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
