Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse management system.
- Load & Unload: Manually load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly for transport.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a warehouse setting.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with no conflicts.
- Communication Skills: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we train!).
