Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship products to meet daily productivity targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklift, pallet jack) safely and accurately.
- Inspect inventory for damages and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve workflow challenges and improve efficiency.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Memphis location.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
