Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient loading and unloading of freight trailers.
- Sort, scan, and verify inventory against shipping manifests.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist in packing and shipping orders accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and data entry.
- Reliable transportation to the Louisville facility.
