Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery safely and within OSHA guidelines.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to 5S principles.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork, including packing slips and logs.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
