Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor techniques.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse zones to maintain optimal workflow.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety standards and company security protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Complete daily shift reports and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and reliability.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
