Responsibilities
- Execute Operations: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery performance.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we train motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Equipment: Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
