Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory with high accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols (OSHA).
- Assist in inventory counts, stock rotation, and ensuring proper product placement.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and throughput goals.
- Operate basic warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, forklifts) as certified or trained.
- Report damaged goods or equipment issues immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte, NC location.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
