Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse adheres to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Pack and prepare products for shipping with precision and care.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow during weekend shifts.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance and cleanliness duties.
- Assist in the processing of returns and damaged goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to the Baltimore facility.
