Responsibilities
- Execute daily sorting, packing, and loading operations efficiently to meet throughput targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and accurately.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve issues and optimize workflow processes.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic time management skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
