Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts to prevent discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks to move materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or errors before processing.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth transition and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous roles.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
