Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy and satisfaction.
- Load and unload trailers safely using forklifts and pallet jacks in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (GED accepted).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
