Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming shipments to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders efficiently to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Customer Support: Communicate effectively with the weekday team to ensure seamless transitions and operations.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular checks to ensure product integrity and accurate labeling.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and walk throughout the facility.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory counts and order processing.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
