Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stock merchandise accurately according to company standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
