Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders while adhering to quality standards.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and legally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly shipping targets.
- Load and unload trucks accurately using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory (on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New York facility.
