Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders with a focus on speed and precision.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using freight handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum requirement for all positions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, or Saturday through Sunday.
- Reliability: Proven track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Forklift Certification: (Preferred but willing to train qualified candidates).
