Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying load manifests against shipping documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data.
