Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and quantity accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and organization of storage areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Experience with warehouse operations, forklift operation, or inventory management is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
