Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to load, unload, and stage products.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Organize warehouse inventory in designated bins and zones to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies regarding personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition and handover of tasks.
- Complete daily digital logging and reporting of inventory counts and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards.
