Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the team lead to optimize workflow and resolve any operational issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, lift, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
