Responsibilities
- Execute daily order picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in our warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Unload and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a weekly basis.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; training provided.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
