Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to load and unload freight trucks in an efficient manner.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and process incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Organization: Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse floor, ensuring products are shelved correctly and labeled.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Documentation: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Skills: Basic math skills and ability to use handheld scanners or computers.
- Attitude: Motivated, reliable, and safety-conscious work ethic.
