Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Pick & Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet daily shipping targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory records within the warehouse.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe for all employees.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation to the facility.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
