Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment using industrial equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all outbound products meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and labeling.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and reliability in attendance.
