Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload freight from delivery trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate receiving and stocking of inventory to ensure warehouse organization.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless transition of goods.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to understand safety logs and inventory lists.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to get to and from the facility.
