As a Weekend Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are handled with care and delivered on time. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training, so no prior experience is necessary—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick & Pack: Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping labels.
- Inventory Management: Maintain organized storage areas and assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) consistently.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level roles.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
