Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and sort packages using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for our weekend schedule.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexible shift start times.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
