Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport pallets of inventory safely and efficiently.
- Verify incoming stock for accuracy, damages, or shortages.
- Pack, label, and stage orders for shipping in accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory audits as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
