Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately package, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure zero errors.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels within the warehouse.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Assist team leads with daily production goals and support colleagues during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods (8-hour shifts).
- Reliability: Proven history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred but not required for this role.
