Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to all OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operations and inventory handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse software or handheld devices.
- Valid Driver’s License (not required for all positions, but preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
