Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of punctuality.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and follow instructions clearly.
