Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment (RF Scanners, forklifts) as required.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times to comply with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before processing to maintain high service standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates to meet daily productivity targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and strong work ethic in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order picking and inventory.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but training is provided for motivated candidates.
