Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment to customers.
- Load and unload trucks and pallets using standard warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to the San Jose facility.
