Responsibilities
- Pack & Ship: Efficiently pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Warehouse Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, stack pallets, and organize stockrooms.
- Quality Checks: Inspect products for damages and ensure all outgoing orders meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to understand safety protocols and order tickets.
