Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and cargo containers efficiently and safely.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Perform basic data entry and quality control checks on incoming stock.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
