Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure maximum efficiency and safety standards.
- Assist in packing and labeling orders for shipping and distribution.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed.
- Ensure all equipment is clean and stored properly after use.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Must be physically able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning purposes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Cleveland facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
