Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping tasks with high accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.
- Verify product specifications against work orders.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk on uneven surfaces.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
