Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders for timely delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and scanning.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
