Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload freight trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Scan and verify incoming and outgoing inventory using handheld scanners.
- Packing & Shipping: Properly pack, label, and organize packages to ensure accurate delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and work ethic.
- Documents: Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess a valid ID.
