Responsibilities
- Execute order picking, packing, and scanning using RF handheld devices with 99% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counts.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance and productivity targets.
- Ensure all shipping labels and documentation are correctly prepared and attached.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Sacramento facility.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
