Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move stock and merchandise.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipping with a focus on speed and precision.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure workflow efficiency during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some weekday shifts as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate a warehouse environment.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
