Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Efficiently pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock receiving, organization, and maintaining accurate inventory counts.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment safely to move pallets and heavy items.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliability: Strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Documents: Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
