Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently and safely using appropriate equipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Perform physical labor which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer skills for time clock and inventory systems.
