Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select products and prepare them for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with cycle counts and stockroom organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and coworkers to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
